A classic from childhood days - rice pudding brings back memories of life's most relaxing moments. Whether with cinnamon sugar or with morello cherries, the thought of it warms the heart. Even though the classic preparation is almost unbeatable, we set out to find an even better version. And here it is! The combination with our organic rice protein is of course obvious, the high protein content provides better satiety without affecting the taste. Instead of sugar we use of course our organic erythritol, tastes indistinguishable, but completely calorie-free! You can spice up the recipe as you like, with fresh or frozen fruit, nut mush, spices like cinnamon and cloves or even some turmeric for a golden milk rice!

Preparation

  1. Prepare the rice pudding rice or use leftover rice. Cook the rice in the milk until you reach the desired consistency.
  2. Turn the heat off and mix the organic rice protein and erythritol in, as well as optional ingredients such as cinnamon.
  3. Top with more spices and fresh fruit.
  4. Enjoy!

Schmeckt mir richtig gut!

Ich finde das Milchreis-Rezept gigantisch, der Geschmack ist super toll. Meistens gebe ich etwas Kakao-Pulver oder Früchte dazu. Gerade zum Frühstück esse ich den Milchreis am Liebsten mit Früchten
