Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or mixer.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and the texture is smooth.
  3. Form 20 balls out of the mixture by rolling a spoonful between the palms of your hands.
  4. Roll each ball through the remaining shredded coconut.

Meine Kollegen waren total begeistert!

Ich habe diese Kügelchen zum ersten Mal für den Gebrutstag einer Kollegin gemacht. Normalerweise mache ich immer Kuchen aber da jetzt Sommer ist, wollte ich nicht mit zu viel Zucker backen und euer Macapulvre hatte ich noch im Haus. Ihr könnt euch nicht vorstellen wie schnell die weg waren! Zum Glück habe ich nicht alle mitgenommen, sonst hätte mein Mann nichts bekommen :-D Ich kann sie also nur empfehlen, aber Vorsicht! Macht lieber mehr wenn ihr am nächsten Tag davon was haben wollt ;-)
