Tofu Scramble
Cheese and eggs - these are two of the foods most often missed when choosing a vegan diet. There are now plenty of alternatives to buy for cheese. And the easiest way to replace scrambled eggs? Tofu! Scrambled tofu is now a classic in plant-based diets because it's quick and a great, inexpensive substitute for scrambled eggs. Plus, it's high in protein and, unlike the original, contains no harmful cholesterol. The secret ingredient is Kala Namak - a salt with natural sulfur compounds. Of course, the recipe also works with normal salt, but the Kala Namak makes it a real egg substitute! For the right color provides our organic turmeric and the tahini, sesame puree, makes the tofu nice and creamy.
