This smoothie is easy to make vegan, using vegan yogurt and vegan milk. The date syrup can be individually replaced by a sweetness of choice (agave syrup, honey). The smoothie tastes creamy and wonderfully fresh with berries and yoghurt.

Good to know: Through the Chia seeds, the healthy fats are directly incorporated into this superfood smoothie. It is suitable as a small snack and is perfect for offering a fresh smoothie for spontaneous guests, as the ingredients are usually in stock.

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except the chia seeds in a high-speed blender and mix well.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and place the Chia seeds on top of the smoothie.
  3. Now you can decorate as you wish.
  4. Fresh mint leaves are suitable as topping.
