Für stressige Tage
Wenn ich mal einen stressigen Tag hatte, ist der Smoothie mein absoluter Ruhepol. Er ist super schnell zubereitet und auch richtig lecker. Trink ihn meisten driekt nachdem Feierabend und durch die vielen Vitaminen/Mineralien durch das Maca/Spirulina Pulver geht es mir danach immer besser!
