The nur.fit BIO pistachio puree consists of the aromatic kernels of the pistachio tree (Pistacia vera). This is a real giant in the plant world and can grow up to 12 meters high and even up to 300 years old. And so that you can make small talk about the new, delicious pistachio jam, here's some wisdom on the side: pistachios are not nuts, but drupes! The pistachio is thereby enclosed by a core of the closing fruit. From there they are harvested and then gently processed. Peeled and finely ground, our full-bodied, delicious nut puree is created.
