The turmeric has large green leaves, originates from Asia and is a plant species within the ginger family. The fine powder is obtained by grinding the rootstock. A special ingredient of this plant is the so-called curcumin with many positive properties. The turmeric can be added to various meals, mixed in smoothies or even dissolved with water to form a healthy supplement.
The turmeric is also very suitable as an exotic spice for oriental or Indian dishes, and with its high bioavailability it enriches the nutritionally conscious cuisine in a natural way.

So vielseitig
Ich wollte mir einfach Kurkuma bestellen, um meine Currys damit zu würzen. Als es ankam, hab ich irgendwie erst gecheckt, dass das 500g sind. So viel Curry kann ich absolut nicht essen :-D. Aber Kurkuma ist so vielseitig einsetzbar, dass ich es jetzt als Beauty-Maske verwende, Goldene Milch damit mache und jaaa - auch damit Zähne putze.
