The turmeric has large green leaves, originates from Asia and is a plant species within the ginger family. The fine powder is obtained by grinding the rootstock. A special ingredient of this plant is the so-called curcumin with many positive properties. The turmeric can be added to various meals, mixed in smoothies or even dissolved with water to form a healthy supplement.
The turmeric is also very suitable as an exotic spice for oriental or Indian dishes, and with its high bioavailability it enriches the nutritionally conscious cuisine in a natural way.

Nehme das Kurkuma sehr gerne zum würzen bei Gerichten. Aber muss mit der Dosierung aufpassen nicht das man mal ausversehen zu viel erwischt
