Product information "Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar"

The coconut blossom sugar is obtained from the nectar of the palms. This is rich in enzymes, acetic acid, natural yeast, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. The coconut blossom sugar is particularly characterized by a lower glycemic value compared to refined household sugar. This means that the blood sugar level rises only slowly and slightly. The well-known high or low sugar level is therefore absent and there is less craving. Accordingly, the sugar substitute is also suitable for diabetics. The coconut blossom sugar does not taste like coconut, contrary to what one might expect. The delicious sugar alternative tastes slightly nutty, like caramel. This fine note is perfect for sweetening coffee, desserts, baked goods or as an addition to oatmeal.

The unrefined juice is obtained from pure flower-blossomed nectar of the cosnut tree, which is rich in enzymes, acetic acid, natural yeast, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. This is why coconut sugar is not only convincing by its fine taste, but also by its richness in minerals and trace elements.

Coconut blossom sugar is a sweetener obtained from the nectar of the coconut palm. It has the same sweetening power as ordinary sugar and tastes slightly like caramel.
Due to its low glycaemic index, coconut blossom sugar is also suitable for diabetics. Diabetics should nevertheless not use and calculate differently than household sugar.
You can also bake with the coconut blossom sugar. This is particularly suitable as the icing on the cake of desserts and drinks. Theoretically, refined sugar can be substituted with coconut sugar in a ratio of 1:1.
Coconut blossom sugar is of course also suitable for sweetening drinks and therefore also coffee. However, coconut blossom sugar has a slightly caramel note and is therefore not neutral in taste. It reminds one a little of brown sugar. If slightly caramel-tasting coffee is not for you, then we recommend our organic erythritol - this is also the most popular in our office for coffee.
