Our organic cocoa powder in raw food quality comes from South America and is gently processed in the Netherlands. During the entire gentle drying process, always below 42°C, our 100% pure cocoa retains all its nutritious ingredients and raw food quality. It is free of additives, unsweetened, heavily deoiled and sugar-free. The cocoa powder is rich in iron, magnesium, calcium, antioxidants, protein, unsaturated fatty acids and much more. The cocoa can be used in many ways and is ideal for drinking chocolate, desserts, coffee, smoothies, baking or bowls.

Aromatic and sugar-free, it is suitable for a tasty snack between meals. With a high bioavailability it enriches the nutrition-conscious kitchen in a natural way. Conventional cocoa is often treated at extremely high temperatures and blended with sugar and other substances. In comparison, our cocoa powder consists of 100% pure cocoa free of any other substances. In addition, our cocoa is always gently dried, always below 42 degrees Celsius. In this way, our cocoa retains all healthy and nutritious ingredients and thus makes a valuable contribution to our health.
Since this cocoa is free of additives and retains the quality of raw cocoa, it can be dissolved true to nature due to the lack of additives (e.g. emulsifiers).
When it comes to raw cocoa, the question also arises again and again: which is better? Strongly deoiled or weakly deoiled? But what does that mean anyway? Strongly / weakly deoiled reflects the fat content. Strongly deoiled cocoa has approx. 12 % fat and weakly deoiled cocoa approx. 21 % fat. Less fat or heavily deoiled means that other ingredients such as calcium, iron, etc. are more concentrated per 100g than with weakly or not at all deoiled cocoa. An example: ● cocoa not deoiled at all: magnesium 330 mg/100g ● strongly deoiled cocoa: magnesium 630 mg/100g
