  1. Cut the apple, pear & cucumber into smaller pieces.
  2. Thoroughly rinse the spinach leaves.
  3. Combine the prepared, fresh ingredients with the barley grass powder in your blender.
  4. Blend until the texture is smooth. Enjoy!
  5. Tip: If the smoothie is too thick for your taste just add a splash of water or milk of your choice.
