Golden Milk with Barley grass
for 1 serving
- Heat the milk in a small pot. Avoid boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir the rest of the ingredients into the milk until the mixture is frothy.
- Let the mixture stand for a few minutes to bring out the spices. Pour into your favourite cup and serve!
- Tip: While the mixture rests, foam some milk to put on top! Sprinkle a bit of cinnamom on the foam for a pretty finish.
- For spice-lovers: Try a new variation with Cinnamom, Ginger or Cardamom. Simply add the spice to the heated milk along with the other ingredients.
