Goji Lemonade
Goji berries and lemonade? That doesn't sound obvious at first. But the combination of the fruity red berry, sour lime and the calorie-free sweetness of organic erythritol is simply heavenly! Unfortunately, to make the berries easier to puree, they have to be soaked in water. But if you love this recipe as much as we do, and we are convinced of it, then you can simply store a large amount of berries in a glass filled with water in the refrigerator. They stay there for several days. Of course, you can also prepare the finished lemonade right away, but it will probably not survive for too long 😉

Preparation
- Soak the Goji Berries in some water until soft.
- Puree all the ingredients until smooth and pour into a glass with ice cubes.
